  • Why are you people comparing Ron Thal to god? I mean he's good, but he is not Ron Thal.

  • Do a band with Ron Jarzombek and call it "Ron and Ron have got the runs"

You got a better name for a Ron + Ron band???

  • @christopher321 The point is that someone might want to play something that kind of sounds like Fantaisie Impromptu on the guitar.

  • tone sounds like crap to me. what's the point if it sounds like this? Stop looking at it and just listen. I would be more impressed to see him type Moby Dick at 400 words per minute with his toes

  • Is he tapping or PLUCKING with his RH pinky? Probably both. *hangs self*

  • Wait, is this a video lesson? How many people who buy lessons like this are actually going to get to anywhere near the stage he's playing? It'd be worth the money just to get the inspiration though!

  • I can play the first 6 seconds

  • this dudes a tap pro,he's no gambale or doyle dykes but a pro at tapping

  • @RONDOC68 Thal played it this way for some kind of demonstration. There are more efficient ways to play the same thing. Gilbert couldn't play this song the way you see it played here. Stylistic choice of developement in guitar technique, Rusty, Paul, Satriani etc etc are more conventional with their left handed techniques.

  • @RONDOC68 He's more into mathematical patterns with an accurate rhythm and not just arpeggio after arpeggio. He's a big fan of Bach.

  • RON THAL > BUCKET HEAD > SLASH
