That must have been really confusing for all of them. But it turned out really good and they're all such fantastic musicians they could improvise.

there was a noise like a jack popped out of a guitar at the start, with the echo effect on it!! Ive heard this so many times its part of it!! Thats why thom looked back!!!!!

The story goes that the monitors on stage failed, apparently they were problematic all night. When they failed a couple of the last lost their place and that was the source of the confusion. I think despite the mistake it genuinly sounds amazing!
