    I am not sure where you are from, but any butcher worth their salt should have chorizo sausages, or a Spanish supermarket, if not, use some nice continental sausage or cabana and add a couple of spoons of sweet paprika to the stew. Good luck

  • Nothing better than a good warming stew!! The great thing is that it is soooo easy and tasty. Great you enjoyed it

  • Looks good but I can only find Chorizo in paste form .

  • I tried this at home and it´s awesome; only problem I had was that the weather was hot and it made me too warm... haha
