  • Since I've read John's bio, I've really started to appreciate how long he's been in the biz and how hard he's worked. Anyone that likes John that hasn't read it should get it!

  • To me..........John can do no wrong .

  • I saw this production in 2003 and it was just amazing. I went to the theatre on the night before I returned to the U.S. and I got a bit emotional watching the production. It is so quintessentially American and the entire cast was fabulous! Bravo!!

  • I hate musicals. Can't really stand them. Silly, over the top, no depath... But this show was just one of the most gorgeous things I'd ever seen. I saw it four times in as many weeks. BRING IT BACK to Drury Lane!

  • Sally Ann Triplett is AMAZING.

  • argh. this choreography. is incredible. O: O: im doing anything goes, and would love love to recieve reno. adore her.

  • oh she was inthe group Bardo way back in the 80s and John is hot

  • @XoXoLaughoutloud He started his career in music theatre. :)

  • Captain Jack Harkness can sing?!

  • Honestly, I didn't like Sally's portrayal of Reno at first, but it's really starting to grow on me. And I love that costume! John is John. (Which, of course, means great as usual.)

  • I orginally had seen Anything Goes back in 1989, in which John Barrowman was in that cast then, since, furthermore, unlike other musical scores, the Cole Porter ones are easier to understand and follow, and can remember the scores, much better, than other musical composers. In fact, being young, I had never heard of John Barrowman, not until and after I had seen Anything Goes, and boy he's a very talented, and hard worker in musical theatre!

  • I saw the show 2 days before it closed. Never heard of John Barrowman at the time but was so impressed with the whole show that I fell in love with Cole Porter's music and discovered a whole lot more that John had done.
