The Haunting of Molly Hartley - DVD Review

Some movies are too terrible to watch. The 2008 horror film The Haunting of Molly Hartley is one of those types of films. It's not that it has poor production quality, it's that the plot events that are very weak. The story is similar to The Omen. It does have a interesting premise at the end of the film, but that's at the end of the film and they can't reveal anything more because it's the end of the film.

My mom was watching lifetime and this movie came on and I happened to watch it with her. The reason why I'm on here is because that movie confused the FUCK OUT OF ME! I didn't understand the ending at all. It's not even horror it's just really suspenseful.

The commercials to this movie looked like a joke, & I almost laughed at one point of them. My friend told me that his sister just left the theater laughing her ass off at a certain point.

I liked the movie. I liked how I could watch a scary movie at night and I'm fine. This isn't just religion it has blood and ppl stabbing ppl lol well the mom and the scissors and the dad and the car mirror

@JudyWonn In the end if she didnt want to live as the devil then she had to kill her father. She stabbed herself so she woouldnt have to kill her dad and she didnt have to live as the devil but when she stabbed herself it was already her birthday, so therewfor she couldnt kill herself. She had the devils soul so she was evil she ditched her dad and he started to atempt suicide thats why he was in the hospital. i hope that cleared things up?

@lovelikewine In the beginning the part that your talking about, wasw the first girl who was chosen to keep the devils soul, but her father killed her before her 18 birthday so she wouldnt have to llive being evil. Then Molly was chosen to take that girls place, so molly kept the devils soul.
