Fusion... Modern Burgers Grand Opening

Pace University students in Hospitality and Tourism Management planned, designed, and open a new
restaurant concept on the Pace New York Campus on April 30, 2009. It was a smashing hit. They
surpassed their projected revenues and learned many lessons about being entrepreneurs!
Next week, they will open again on May 7, 2009 for the final night!

Professor Agnelli discusses the course with Dr. Claudia G. Green, Director of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Program at Pace. Plans are being made for next year's student operated restaurants on the Pleasantville and New York City campuses.
