The beat is sick! I don't know why some of you are hatin on the man. I mean just because he has 50k of gear in the studio doesn't mean he has to use all of it at one time. Looks like he is gettin it in with about $300.00 software and a midi controller. Some of the great producers of all time had less than that! I mean some cats refuse to show another cat love. Very sad indeed!

@KnucklezDelane hey thanks my dude! I really appreciate the comment... I'm glad u pointed out that noone has to use all of the equipment at the same time... lol. Besides, that wasn't MY studio, I just work there so I bring my own portable set-up with me.

@redeyeraab thanks my dude. Yeah I did the whole mix of the beat in Reason... I rarely bounce the tracks out and dump them into Pro tools or Logic to mix them, its easier to spend a little more time eq'n and adding effects in reason than to do anything else. and that is a control 24 too, u know your equipment... lol.

@baybizzle84 What up my dude... On this beat I used Reason 4... I made the Beat and after I was done, I brought all the faders down to 0 and mixed it again with the mastering suite turned off. Then after I got the mix to sound the way I wanted it to, I turned the mastering suite back on and made adjustments to the Compression, the Eq, Stereo Imager and Master Limiter. U just wanna mix everything kinda low, so that when you MAKE it loud (with master effects) it won't sound all distorted.

I aint here to diss anyone however I came on here anticipating a serious beat, and I heard nothing special, I see you have maybe in the upwards of 50k in gear and thats you can come up with it.
