Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) discovers that his mother, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow), is no longer in a relationship with Doctor Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian). Lucas, with his mother's recent bone marrow transplant fresh in his mind, assumes the worst and sucker-punches Daniel to the coffee table and the floor. Kate explains that she was the one who ended things, and when a very pissed off Daniel goes looking for "a first aid kit," she reams her son a new one. Kate's granddaughter Chelsea Brady (Rachel Melvin) arrives on the scene and notices that something's not quite right: an embarressed Lucas gives her a piece of advice to save his own skin.

Chelsea leaves long time bud Max Brady (Darin Brooks) with her joy at their discussion of friendship and romance finally clear; Max, true to both his and typical guy code and form, delivers some amazing comedy in his simple look of perplexed confusion.

Just a little amusement that I thought might brighten up someone else's day as it did mine. :-D

*Note #1: Does anyone else hear Daniel address Kate as Lucas' "mommy" at one point? 0:59? Anyone? A-w-k-w-a-r-d.

*Note #2: Doesn't Lauren Koslow look AMAZING in that shirt?! I mean, SERIOUSLY.
