I did one of Hikaru So I decided to do Umi too. :D It was a lot quicker, i could tell you that. Umi's hair is much simpler than Hikaru's. Cough. I feel like the image itself is a whole lot simpler, actually. :'D

And no, you have no permission to re-use/re-publish/re-submit this image anywhere else. ever. :D

Song ~ Alicia Keys: Karma (live)

Tools Used: LE1600 (TabletPC), Easy Paint Tool SAI, Photoshop CS4, CamStudio (to record it) & Windows Movie Maker (to speed it up & add music~)

  • I am thinking of running mainly sketchbook pro, art rage, corel painter sketchpad. Does Ps 7 run with no lag? Because I usually paint something pretty big like 2000X3000 px and up. I would love to get the Le1700 but I can't afford that. They are selling the the Le1600 here in canada use for about $290 canadian 1.5 ghz with 1 gb of ram not sure if that is a good deal? I have look into the Hp TC1100 and the Toshiba M200 as well but not sure which one will get the job done better

  • @cbcboy77 - ack sorry for the long response. i really don't know the technical aspects. i could refer you to tabletpcbuzz[dot]com though -- it's a forum full of tabletpc experts who can probably answer your every question about the le1600, 1700 and other brands, etc.

  • Nice work

Does Cs4 or Sai run sluggest on the Le1600 because I am thinking of getting one. How much ram are you running?

  • @cbcboy77 - i'll have to get back to you on the ram question. but, yeah, cs4 DOES run mad sluggish on the le1600. i had to uninstall it and download 7 instead (which is what i prefer anyway) but if that is an issue, i would recommend the le1700. other than that, SAI runs beautifully on it (kind of a lightweight program in general).

  • nice work :)

  • why thank you. :'B
