Normally I would say that people should never share their actual dream boards as they are very private and when showing others sometimes ego can come into play. But with you it just all seems different, no pretentiousness at all. You seem so at peace with your self, a calmness that I have really learned this year. A beautiful silence inside.

Thanks for your comment Laurnea, I realise the word 'warrior' does carry negative connotations associated with it, yet for me, it has always symbolised a person of strength, who is willing to stand up for what they believe in, and the causes they wish to support, & are then prepared to pour their heart and soul into it. I guess I'm a romanticist at heart...

love the chanting response!! nice work!! Try the same thing with different tones as well, this works nicely to add to stretching as the toning opens everything up and moves the energy..
