Bulbasaur... is that you?! This boss switches up its elemental affinity, so it is highly encouraged that you use Libra (scan) so that Hope knows which spells to use. Having a level 4 TP gauge is highly recommended so you can use Libra and Summon Odin once you get Bulbasaur in Break status.

Odin didn't seem to be any better than Hope, IMO. I did this boss easily on my first playthrough without upgrading anything and 5-starred... Just stagger it ASAP (you can use shrouds or just buff once it starts, you have time).
