Save money. Cook less expensive. Anybody can cook this great chinese dish quickly.
How to cook (for 1 person)
1.Fry with a little bit of oil lightly bacon and cabbage.
2.Put white cooked rice in a bowl and mix with 1 egg.
3.Fry them for 5 mins mixing it well with a sppodle or a spatula.
4.Done!
5. Put some salt'n pepper then eat!
I reccomend you to use :
Japanese sesami oil and natural rock salt from Italy or Germany, if possible Himalayan rock salt supa tasteful with natural sulfur smell. Because it will taste better !
I used chinese. It still tasted pretty good. A little heavy *urp*. Could either be used effectively?
