Back in the 60's (65), his "back up" singers made the band. (Run, Baby, Run) Larry sang like four sentences the whole song in his "great" high pitched voice, that really now a days, sounds like poop! But the other boys were actually singing true "doo wop" stuff. No dig against Larry, he made money off his sign 'o times!!!
This guy cannot sing at all. He had the luxery of being in the right place at right time. He became somebody cause he sang in high pitched voice (Newbeats) back when Frankie and others were doing that, but, his voice wasn't that great then. C'mon "Bread and Butter?"
Really good song but not sure if this was the best song for his voice.
