Look on the body of the "carb" and tell me the part number. Also i'd like the see the throttle linkage if it's a carb.

Also if it is a carb you need to adjust the choke, tune it and set the idle. You shouldn't need to pump it nearly that much, you start it up and let it idle for 5 minutes and it's good to go.

hey man, its a TBI! i had a geo and i also have a workshop manual on it, and i am a member of a metro forum. so its not a carb. if you don't beleave me look it up. its a TBI not a carb! and i have an idea, since its rusted and its broken and everything, i have an idea! BLOW UP THE ENGINE!!!! LOL! rev it past the redline and keep it there! that would be sweet to see! lol!

hey man, ok, if the last owner says he did it, ok, but watching you videos on that geo, and seeing the TBI unit. it has electronic fuel injection. and i can prove it. only the chevy sprint from 84?-88 had carbs on it! in 1989 gm switched to efi, and they made that TBI unit. i know it looks like a carb, but get a haynes or other geo metro workshop manual and in it, it says TBI, i am looking at it now. and i not arguing with you or anything, i am just letting you know, thats what it is.

i also had a 1994 geo metro with the 1.0l automatic and it had the TBI unit. and mine was also a 5door hatchback like whats in your video! but i think your geo metro is a 91 or 92? am i right?
