thanks for your reply. i have been living in an english speaking country (UK) and since my childhood i have been watching english movies. i don't know how to transfer this learning to my situation, i mean that my vocabulary is good but still i feel it difficult to use it in real situations. what should i do?

@tigermancall I have a few suggestions: 1) Find a native speaker to practice with. This is key! 2) Watch English language movies with no subtitles, and try to imitate what they're saying. 3) Take every opportunity to speak English. Practice really does make perfect.
