Note the stop sign, she did not have the right of way. The driver had no stop sign, it's no accident, it's the girl's fault.

@MrTONYTONYM noope that's the reason that the cyclist end up infront of the car the reason that she died was because she got hitter by a car with big speed the reason that she got hit with big speed was because the car didn't have the time to brake if the car was going with the correct speed it wouldn't hade hit the cyclist

they made a follow up to this ad that made a very good point, that many people don't really understand. while, yes, she was partly at fault for not paying attention to her surroundings, her injuries would've been greatly lessened if the driver was going 5k slower. To quote the driver in a later ad: "If I had gone slower, she would've had just a broken leg or something, i don't know". The speed didn't cause the accident, but it did greaten the effects.
