Cindy and I have been making YouTube videos for a little more than 2 years, world wide there are more than 280 million YouTube Channels and even in Canada there must be millions. Recently it was reported that more than 80% of Canadians watch video online and YouTube is the world leader in online video with more than 20 hours of video uploaded every minute, 24/7.
Probably one of the most competitive places to be, so admittedly I am proud that in the words of Google as published in the London Free Press - Patrick Maloney - Sep 5, 2009
Another wildly successful Canadian YouTube star is JCVdude, a couple from British Columbia who have been able to quit their construction jobs thanks to the revenue from their various videos, said Wendy Rozeluk of Google, which owns YouTube.
Their YouTube channel is listed among the top 20 in Canada this week.
