  • @1996TaurusMan - The Branch Campus will be closing at the end of the academic year for full renovations. The building will have an entirely new HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical system installed and will hopefully rectify the issues you discuss. In addition, the entire building will be renovated so it can be fully used in the future.

  • Just got accepted for Plumbing !!! So pumped!

  • @thaddeusstevenscoll That i know, but that still does not give a right to the fact that the building should have been renovated when the building was bought by the college. I know that the funding probably was not there at the time the building was purchased, but the most the college should have done is just put classrooms in there. And if needed use some of the old rooms for dorms if there was an overflow at main.

  • I am a student at stevens and they are extremely glorifying the school the cafeteria has cockroaches and ants, and the food is okay at best. The branch campus is an old hospital and is falling apart and half shut off from use because of asbestos. the bathrooms ar filthy and all actual dorm rooms in branch ar poorly insulated and have heaters that do not work and you are not allowed to bring a space heater to stay warm. the majors do have excellent instructors that perform their job well.

  • Wow the school has sure changed since I went there from 1990-1992. I see my old dorm building at 4:44. I was in the first graduating class from the HVAC program that was new when I went there.
