Go to a online storage website and sign up for free or not, your choice. Mediafire is considered as the best on some top ten lists because it allows you to have unlimited space for free. Anyway, login and click "upload files to mediafire." Locate the file and click "upload the file." It will upload and can be found in "My files." Clicking it will bring up another browser for the download.

Not as a free user, the files size limit for free users is 200 MB. Unless you decide to split the 3 gigs into parts then it will be possible. Who would want to do that anyway?
