Speaking dari doesn't mean you are persian, a lot of pashtuns also apeak dari there, but so what if all the women are hazara or tajik or what ever they are all Afghan nationals, they are born in that country thats called Afghanistan and not Hazarastan or Tajikistan.

So they are Afghans but ethniclay they can be tajik or hazara. -_-
