Try getting a bassist... and teaching the lead guitarist a thing or two about rhythm. He was too much of a soloist to be really 'with the band'.

Hell ya, some good ol' hometown music. ANCORE ANCORE!

Since you're just jamming I'm not going to be too harsh, but you really need a bassist before you have two guitars. The lead is also really out of key. The lead needs heavy adjustment to balance with the others. The rhythm and the drums had established a fairly decent thing-if there was a bass instead of lead it would have been a decent, if simple, little jam. The way it was the lead just soloed out of key on top of the rhythm-get him in key and it'll sound alright.
