Good job Tony...we all have our cross to carry

Takes a big man to admit he's wrong. Way to go!
-
....Nothing is safe or sacred in the throws of hardcore addiction. The truth of the matter is you can call him a bust, or cheat.....whatever you like. There is nothing you can call him, he has not already done himself. The truth of the matter is Tony found something in him to save his own life. Something nobody else might have

I watch this almost like a mirror speaking back at me........As a recovered Alcoholic, and Addicted to Painkillers I endured the same loss, and self loathing. Every word Tony speaks is very true of the robbing of self, and loss of ALL..

great piece on Tony. Happy to here life is good now

I never followed him but just saw this video on yahoo, but its true what he says about having gone threw all that, sometimes you have to hit rock bottom.
God does not take a man to great heights without first walking him through the darkness of the valley. Some people live with pain and are disabled all their life, hes lucky he got a second chance, good luck Tony

I see him as a much bigger man now that he faced his demons and changed his life around. Addiction destroys everything and I give him all the credit in the world!!!

big props for big man enough to look in the mirror, and getting all that junk of your chest and out of your life. Honesty isn't always pretty.
Tony, good for you for taking responsibility for yourself and getting square with yourself and the truth. A lot of people never grow up. Clearly, you have, and that's more important than anything that football could ever offer anyone.

As a Packers fanatic, I wasn't a big Tony Madarich fan. At all. But big ups to him for turning his life around. I couldn't be happier that he made the best of his second chance.
