Wegmans Special Delivery

We were at the Wegmans grand opening on Sunday, October 16, 2011 with 24,994 other people. When we forgot our plastic wrap and paper towels (forgot to buy them, not bought them and left them there....mind you), the store management felt that they could make some lifelong friends by sending the groceries to the Tiny Bungalow. So they did.

We're amazed and touched and amazed. It's not often that a large corporation tries to establish a connection with its consumer base the way Wegmans has - and now it can count me (they already had Gretchen's heart) as one of their loyal supporters.

Oh, watch the video - they sent us a lot more than just paper towels.
