Just to clarify, yes . . .
. . . that is our Dean
. . . our backpacks get that heavy
. . . it is entirely possible to trip up the stairs
. . . the door really is that hard to open
. . . Terrel is a looong way away, especially at five in the morning
. . . the printer is that frustrating
. . . Troy Aikman does have his face plastered across the wall of one of the hospitals where we had clinical
. . . Nursing Process is that - umm, never mind
. . . our faculty are that cool

Hmm everyone I know who is already in the field loves it. There's no reason for you to discourage others just because it didn't work for you. There's a shortage because there's not enough instructors!

I wish those of us in my program will do something like this. Ya'll look like ya'll had a blast. Speaking from experience, nursing school is the toughest thing I've ever done in my life but I've made some of the best friends that I will ever have in life. Can't wait until graduation May 12, 2011.

I love my job as an RN. I am at the same hospital that I was hired on right out of nursing school. I have a great nurse manager. Now nursing school was a lot like poking myself in the eye every day with a sharp stick. My friend told me that I must have enjoyed my school much more than she did! I suggest finding a different job within nursing (no sense in letting that money and time go to waste). Nursing: many jobs, one profession!

@trackstarally You must not know every nurse in this field. All of the nurses that I know, state otherwise. They are miserable. They are tired of being treated less than human in this field, the long hours, work overload, horrible graveyard swinging shifts, abusive coworkers/patients, & corrupt staff.You live in a TOTAL dream world & I GUARANTEE you aren't even a nurse or in nursing school..seems people give you a thumbs up because you're saying what they want to hear.Not the truth.

@trackstarally Nursing= biggest waste of time= biggest regret in my life so far. I love human science...my patients..and don't even mind the dirty work..it's the unavoidable harassment, abuse, bullying, and corruption that you will face. Are you currently in nursing school and experiencing this but think it will get better? Think again, it gets worse. Nursing school just conditions students to accept abuse. You are brainwashed to live in denial and defend the nursing profession.
