  • hi good day i wanted to know instead of repeating the circuit for 30 mins can i combine 3 of your videos and make it last 30 mins would i get good results?

  • Yes Chels. That would get you good results as well. Although doing repetitions of the exercise will allow you more muscle activation (because the move is repeated).  For more muscle growth I recommend repeating it. If you want more muscle conditioning then add the workouts together.

  • How much does that kettle bell weigh? I'd like to do this at home, but I don't have a kettle bell. I love your videos..

  • Thanks. This Kettlebell was 15lbs. Use a weight that allows you to feel your abdominals contract.
