So, I made this video for DanEmmaIVEvers TV Trailer HP/Twilight style Contest.
It's a fictional TV show opening I created with the song "You and I" by Thirteen Senses.

I believe its not that difficult.I just wanted to know what is the name of the effect.

You know, actually there is no name for the effect (or I just don't know it...). You just have to put two equal clips on top of each other, reduce the opacity of the one which is on top and let it move with some help of the cropping tool and the key frames. I made the clips on top black and white too, so that it looks (in my eyes) better. That's it. I hope I helped you. :)
