You can find him if you look hard enough. Took me about a week to locate him using a few different search engines. If you find him, you should find the other two to go along with him (Ryu Level 2 and Akuma Level 2). All of them made by aZ Cal. What I would love to see are some of the characters from Street Fighter EX created. (Kairi, Hokuto and their sister come to mind...)
