Bieber: Most are about love and stuff that girls can appreciate, but I also co-wrote a song called "Down to Earth." It's a ballad about the feelings I had when my parents split up and how I helped my family get through it. I think a lot of kids have had their parents split up, and they should know that it wasn't because of something they did. I hope people can relate to it.

Hun justin bieber did write this sing. This song came out after Justins song came out. So these ppl copied justin. This person changed the lyrics likee Mabye two sentences. His album did come out after U put this song up but he had the songs before that he just didn't perform it cause his album was not out yet. I knew this song before it came out on his album. Actually this song was out a year before JB sung it, try writing Jackie Boyz Down To Earth in the youtube search, oh and no he didn't write One Less Lonely Girl either, before you got commenting you should really learn your facts, and the only lyric changes were by JB in Down To Earth, if you look at the lyrics in this song its a father singing to his child, i don't know about you but i'm 99.9% sure JB isn't a father.

Why do people think one person had to STEAL the song. It's not unheard for artists to cover another artists' song. To be honest I could care less who wrote the song originally, it's a great song sung by great people. I love both versions.
