Thank you very much is there way you could give few more workouts to do in the gym ? I just want to know what is safe and what not. I've done few workout such as squats and balancing on one foot on a ballon or whatever it is.
Another thing I was wondering is my muscle around the knee is very week, comparing to the healthy one, and the hamstring is week as well due to piece of hamstring of taken out for the new acl. I wanted t know what kind of exercise I can do to make this muscle around my kne

@hockeyman1 he walks with the heels, balancing and stimulating the sensory nerves of the operated knee.
