@connorwatson1995 he is innocent of murder. He was fucked up on pcp and not in control therefore not able to establish the mens rea to commit murder. However he is guilty of manslaughter. He should spend time in prison, but not life.

@twmmay He could get out. If he gets a new trial, and he's proven innocent, then he either gets automatic release or 1 year in a mental hospital then he's. The only reason he didnt plead insanity is because his attorney told him not too. He didnt remember nothing that night so he couldnt say much.

@connorwatson1995 The fact that he wasn't the only one there, it was a dopehouse, and that the victim was drugged herself. The evidence that was at the scene wasnt at the trial. Im saying he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. But yet, theres no physical proof he did it. Cuz you probably watched that Big Lurch video, but its from FOX news. Its FOX..
