@generaltodd2 Boxes of Confederate gold dollars, in real history there was only 5 confederate gold dollars made. But this movie says that the Confederates loaded an Iron Clad with thousands and thousands of dollars worth of gold dollars, then crossed the ocean and crashed in Africa

@kamikazeboy123 i have to disagree with you, it was adventurous, comical. fantastic. i loved the casting. it really was an overall great film. the civil war story and the beginning were the icing on the cake, personally as history enthusiast myself, it was really good icing.

CSA = Confederate states of america.
I can't believe this film was one of the biggest financial failures... i was actually very impressed with this, it had everything. clearly a hell of alot of people saw differently. i say saw...

@ankaraquaking yeah the movie was great from the start,but it gets average when the modern era takes over the rest.Looks too "holywoodish"...
