Tons of people...more like 6...and what is there no paint in post-nuclear war...all the walls are still cracked and whatnot...no nukes hit so really?...You do that sign mission so he gets insparation and not a single extra sign is put in or billboard. What you do in the game should affect your surroundings...and I love how they used those camera angles to show how small it really is.

@vodosvids2 the problem isn't even the lack of places, since the casinos ARE pretty freaking huge, the problem is that there isn't much to do. There's one quest in the Ultra-Luxe, one quest in Ghamorra, and that's it. After you meet Benny, there's absolutely nothing to do in the Tops. Freeside's ONE casino had more quests than all of the casinos in the Strip combined. BAH!
