@ezjapanesecooking no prob i just made a variation of this a few days ago but i used red wine vermouth instead of sake and used pork loin instead of belly it came out great thx for the recipe

PORK BELLY HAS BECOME SUDDEN FAVORITE IN MANY HIGH END GOURMET RESTAURANTS IN NYC FOR THE LAST 3-4 YEARS. I ATE FEW OF THEM, BUT HONESTLY, I LIKE MINE BETTER. LOL. HOPE YOU LIKE IT TOO.
