  • how do you get that so smooth? i am only getting very big triangles, you are getting smaller ones.

  • Big triangles? I'm not sure but maybe its a glitch with you Sandbox2. I would have to see what the problem is in a screenshot to really help you.

  • I just can't believe FXer keeps calling them VORXELS.

  • That is a whole different thing. It has nothing to do with the Sandbox2.  It's just a quincedence that they are named the same.

    but the titel says vorxel objects and that is not realy what it is because vorxel objects indeed means objects made out of vorxels.

    Just browse youtube for some vorxel demos theire is one by ID and ATI witch is prety impressive ;) .

  • That is a matter of opinion. Chances are you an I are talking about two whole different things.

  • Fact is Crysis editor dosent support real Vorxels. Vorxels are here only named so because of their form bur not because of the wey they were used.

    Real Vorxel Objects are reconstructed objects entierly made out of littel one colour cubes witch have a own volume. Using this the object has a real Volume defined by the vorxels it is built out of.

    Infact the vorxels are ment to remplace polygonal surfaces where you only paint triangels the vorxel has no texture but a simpel colour on its faces.

  • I'm sorry but I don't seem to get any point you are trying to make.. Perhaps you can direct me to a tutorial you may have used?

  • this is noncense it hase nothing but realy nothing to do with the idear of vauxels withch is basicly to create a volumetric object built of pleantya small cubes witch only have one color each that is something completly different.
