If i were to use the basic methods for gathering statistics - the same methods scientists use, then yea I can. I didn't say all blacks act this way... I am just racist because I can't help but see the "typical" behavior as more than just coincidence. I know there are great black people out there, greater than I could ever hope to be... However, I am still confined to my experiences and will continue to report them accurately.
