This is a very beautiful music from the credit menu of the game Medival II, composed by Jeff van Dyk and his wife Angela van Dyck

-= We Are All One =-

I know you fight for god
and you believes its right
to risk your home your life
to face the evil knight

But in the darkest night
When our children are asleep
I think about the family
Of our enemy

Do they feel the same
Believe in their own truth
They must love their children
As fiercely as we do
We are share one thing
Our heart were given from above
and the only thing worth fighting for
in this world is love...

War continues on....
Why can't we see that the truth
We are all one....

I know you fight for god
and you believe its right
to risk your home your life
to face the evil knight

But in the darkest night
When our children are asleep
I think about the family
all of our enemy

War continues on....
Why can't we see the truth
We are all one...

War continues on...
We are all one...
War continues on..

Why can't we see the truth
We are all one.....

  • @kamikazeekarl When people say they want to live in the middle ages, myself included, they don't mean the real middle ages, they mean the fantasy middle ages where you can just go pick up a sword and go to war, or hop on a horse and cart and become a merchant.

  • Why do so many people express a desire to live in the Middle Ages? They would probably be peasants (about 95% of the pop.) and would have no choice in how their lives would be lived. They wouldn't be soldiers, they couldn't leave if they wanted, they would probably die before they turned 35 of a horrible disease, they couldn't hunt in the nobles' forests, they couldn't read/write (no real change from most YouTube commenters), and they couldn't think for themselves. What advantages are there?

  • @kamikazeekarl Well I personally wouldn't want to live in the middle ages due to religious intolerance. However if my faith wasn't put into question I would like to live in the middle ages so long as I am belonged to my family's house. My family were Counts of the Holy Roman Empire in Westphalia (Cologne). We lost our power during Napoleon's occupation in Cologne when he initiated the Napoleonic Code.

  • DEUS VOLT

  • excelente me encanta la música medieval (L)

  • @kamikazeekarl Yeah, that's if you're a PEASANT in the Middle Ages. I want to be a knight and hit people with my horse whilst running my spear through them to fulfill my violent urges. DEUS VULT, etc.

  • I always liked the melody, but the lyrics are terrible. Jeff van Dyke did a better job with the Rome: Total War soundtrack, but that is not to say this one is not awesome. His wife has the voice of an angel, though.

  • Medieval II: A great game, with amazing expansion campaigns. A shame the Total War series sort of went downhill from there.

  • Snow feature really gives an extra touch! Still, I don't want to live in medieval age.

  • @kamikazeekarl agreed with you. yet the world didnt destroy itself as much as they do today

  • SPEARMAN!
