@megacrapul In the original Arcade, yes. Sorry kinda forgot to include the No Continue part ^^;
On HD Remix mode, you have to finish all of your opponents in less than 20 minutes and no continues, so you have to fight quickly.

technically, he was banned. the whole thing with him showing up as an opponent, I can get, but I think the makers just... kinda pasted him in SSF2T.
regardless, compared to back then, they did some tweaking, if any, for the remix version of Akuma.

I know what you mean. Sagat and Blanka are prime examples.
by using senpuukyaku or shoryuken {or related moves} the cpu counter with a tiger uppercut, or by shacking you when you hit land [respectively]
the second one is overused in SFIV, as i've experienced, too.
