I guess:

u take a cube an put on a Subtool inside, make it transparent to model on it.

the fotos are projected using projection master??

Why dont u use it as a texture???

@isogamer this animation isnt an animation, its modeling a 3d mesh with polygonal points. the movie is recorded from a session in the software itself

this method is way easier than creating a mesh from scratch in cinema 4d. You can still start low poly too

Why are you sculpting all the high detail right away? sculpt the big stuff first in low typology and then go on to the finer details with a higher typology count, this way you don't end up with a lumpy mess.
