@TheOnlineTrader No. Don't place it in the trash! It's cancerous for the earth as well. Find out how to safely dispose of it with your local authorities. Most TV's have mercury and other harmful elements in them. SO the trash man won't even take them. SubanAllah. They are poisionous on many levels.

@spontaniouspreteen12 are u sure u only have the tv for to watch koran channel only? can u possibly block other channels? i am sure u will have to change channels...and how many times have u looked at things which ur not supposed to look? and if not u, maybe ur mum, dad, siblings or kids...

even know a channel called Koran T.V and it's really good and there's one called Islam channel

The TV has destroyed individuals, families and entire societies.
It is a cancer and a plot from Shaytaan.
For those who say i will watch halal things - The reality is that if u attempt to watch TV, u will see naked women and hear music, its almost unavoidable.
Do not trick yourself into thinking that you will watch the news and the animal channel, just take that TV and throw it in the bin , may Allaah replace it with something more beneficial.
