One the great songs done by Ray Noble and Al Bowlly! Imagine dancing to this with your special someone at one of those great night clubs in NY or London.

Great job. A lot (most?) modern transfers try to emulate the echoey ballroom sound from The Shining. It usually ends up sounding like Ray was in the bathroom when recorded it.

@retroflow44 : I normally don't try to modify the original recording, only in case there's too much noise. You can find a lot of so called "restored" 78s recordings here on YT where the recording is filtered to death by eliminating all noise and so all higher frequency parts...a waste of time....

This sound reminds me of the time my five year old brother shot the match, propelled by a rubber band underneath the cabinet that held my my dads 78 rpm record collections.

Could use a slightly lower volume; 78s pump out more energy than do Lps.
Also, a little equalization would help but other than this, you actually did a pretty good job; you also got the pitch right, thank goodness!

@SatchmoSings : Thanks for the suggestions. I try to catch the sounds as it is. I normally do no filtering or equalization, i reduce the noise only on "worn" records where the noise disturbes the musical experience. I did a little filtering here beacuse the noise disturbes the singer and the soft volume parts. Hope you enjoy it anyway :-)
