Roy Romer chairs Strong American Schools, a nonpartisan campaign promoting sound education policies for all Americans.
Romer directs the "ED in '08" campaign, a nonpartisan public awareness and action campaign to raise education to one of the country's top domestic priorities and challenge the 2008 presidential candidates to begin a dialogue about how they will improve American schools. He was the 39th Governor of Colorado, serving from 1986 to 1998, and from 2001 to 2006 he served as superintendent of the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Lessen the effect of teacher's unions by providing a national freely available education library as a choice. We can free ourselves from the tyranny of teachers and local schools by having the same choices for everyone. Support virtual schools that cater to students not schools. These should provide a free library to all and allow enrollment and participation at the student's choice not the school's.
Allow federal help(other than money) not just control.
SUPPORT LOCAL AUTONOMY BY PARENTS!!!!!

When we are aiming towards becoming a global society it makes more sence to do away with States rights with education and many other areas. We are competing globally. WHY we are competing globally is still a mistery. The Global Elites want us to become one big world for some reason, ask yourself ,why! What is the ultimate goal?????

Do away with sports until their last 3 years of high school and replace those years with academics.
Replace the "Ball" with the "Book."
Focus on education, folks focus on education.

American students are simple and honest. They think straight. That is their biggest asset. Under right teacher, they can excel. You need dedicated teachers, and education reform.
This action will save you and your country 10 years down the line. Action needed by you and now
If your children are stupid, money will not save you; If your children are bright, you do not need money

its globalist propaganda, hes not getting rid of no child left behind, he will just threaten local schools with money who are already in a financial crisis. Usually prosperity in itself leads to good results (ron paul point). take population; the U.S. is the only one of the modern/wealty, western societies to have population growth, every other country has 0% or negative growth, this is due to wealth. Now think about blaming Africans for the whole countries population problem.
Pfizer will help.
