A great invention without budget....

If you make your house of rice hulls it would be both fire proof and an energy saver house. I don't think it's a solution to the problem. You would have to spray your house every now and then. And we are talking about spraying a real house not a doll house. Plus living in a house full of chemical fumes is another big issue.

If you have a really GREAT invention and can get it produced at low cost, it's safe, and affordable any investor or bank will be happy to give you money!
