  • I have tried to set up the paths following the examples from 20-30 different videos and websites that tell you 20-30 different ways to set it up for windows 7. I give up. I think that I am just not meant to be a programmer. I'm sureI will make a better cadaver.

    result 1: fail

attempt 12: ok watching video closely ok got it good ready testing time

result 12: omg... woooow stupid vista i will kill you!

attempt 43: watching this video closely ok alright got it good

result 43: WTF *jumps out of chair* 40 trys and nothing!!! i just want to make minecraft mods!!! why is this so hard!

  • You pretty much lost me once you started going into the command prompt. I'd recommend showing us how to get the path by going through the different windows. Especially since you don't zoom in on what you type in the prompt or say what you typed, or how you got the prompt to go into anything but c:\users\[Name here]. That was a fairly large oversight on your part. Windows 7 has a magnifying glass tool you know, in accessories.

  • THANK YOU! I was tired of having to put the address to the bin files to compile, jar, etc. :)

  • great totorial! :D
