Another basic exercise for knee osteoarthritis. The Inner Range Quads exercise is a way of working the muscle without causing aggravation to the knee. It is commonly performed immediately following knee surgery including Total Knee Replacement and can be used by people with an arthritic knee on bad days when other exercises are too painful.

Thank you! Extremely informative! I had pt after I'd had my partial meniscectomy, but I stopped exercising. Now, I can't get started back up without causing pain. There must be some sort of secret that I don't know! Your vid was so informative, with so much info about what to do and what not to do, that I feel this might have my answer! I'm going to follow this and some other vids, and see if they teach me the secret!
