今回ご紹介する料理は皆さんご存知で馴染み深いタンメンです お野菜と豚バラ肉を炒めて鶏がらスープで煮込んだ塩味のラーメンです。あっさりしているけどコクがあるスープが自慢です。半分食べたらお好みでお酢とラー油を入れて酸辣湯­麺(サンラータンメン)風にして食べてもGOOD スープを全部飲んで下さるお客様がほとんどです。是非お試しくださいね。
