haha funny lagi to. :)) Use Normal Saline Solution. and hapdi pag Tugiiiig lang talaga. tsaka bakit ganun pag rub? hehehehe.

Well it hurts because it's distilled water...your body roughly contains 0.9% NaCl and since you're injected with almost 0% NaCl(distilled water)..then there's an automatic osmosis going on your muscle...that's why it hurts...ouch
Next time use saline 0.9%NaCl solution

Deltoid injections don't hurt... i think it only hurt because that person was massaging or pressing against the injected site... -RN student. haha
