I won GTA 4 and was working on the Genetically Superior Street Races Trophy. I used a jacked Infernus to race. Drove it back to the Bohan safehouse. Unexpectedly, the streets around it were filled with Infernuses.
In later races with an Infernus, if I went to another safehouse there wouldn’t be any parked around it. I believe this is an Easter Egg. Don’t expect bumper-to-bumper Infernuses to be there after every saved game–only after winning and driving immediately back to the Bohan safehouse.

its this a BAD glitch or a glitch that doesnt really affect the completition? because this is happening to me and its worrying me!

that's because the car your driving raises the standards of other peoples cars... so in a good car other cars will be either the same or equal in good-ness
