Love this!
Steed's a cheeky bastard....
I got a Stylophone for Xmas '09!
No earplug transmitter, though...

Very cool, but where is Mrs Peel? :)

the gakken sx-150 reminds me of the Stylophone. If you're a bit handy with a soldering iron or know somebody who is, you should check it out. Juno Records has the sx-150 kit for pretty cheap (on your side of the world)

@SirMildredPierce The stylophone was invented in 1967. The first time i noticed this toy was on the cover of Kraftwerk's Computerworld with Karl Bartos holding one in his hands (David Bowie used it for the first time on Space Oddity).
I always wanted one but the price for a old stylo was too high. So i'm happy that the new stylophone is available. The sound isn't anything special or good but i love the genuine retro look and feeling. It's also a great gift for kids to annoy their parents.
