Radar was on both albums because they had promised the song producer that it would be a single on blackout... and because out wasnt.... the had to put it on circus as an extra and release it with a video .

@1Misstwilight It was released as a single. It was originally released on Blackout as track 3 or something but it was never released as single. It was then carried over onto Circus where it was included as a bonus track and it was released as a single from there. It just didn't do great... x
