This is a little video that I put together as a tribute to the ones aboard the Cougar Helicopter that crashed on March 12th off the coast of Newfoundland.

im a helicopter engineer here in Netherlands. It must be hard, to see your relatives and friends on this video, but it is done in such a nice respectful way, that it shows not sadness, but joy at knowing these people. my commiserations, and regards.

my dad died in this crash.. burch nash was his name and he was the coolest 44 year old you could ever meet.. he was my bestfriend.. and apart of me died march 12th and i will never be the same again.. i miss you so much dad...and i will love you forever and always.

I have been Ground Crew for many, many years. I few weeks ago I lost a dear friend of mine. May my heart and strength go out anyone who has lost family or friend by any tragedy such as this. We can only hope, that is was painless. God, please take care of our friends and family.

Courage Strength and Peace to all the relatives of the victims of this tragedy.

Its never easy losing a loved one no matter the circumstances and there isnt much anyone can say to lessen the pain and sense of loss.

I am also an offshore Helicopter pilot and I always keep in mind the guys in the back have families to go home to and I strive everyday to make sure that those in my care arrive to work safely and arrive back safely....somethings however are not always under our control. god bless.

Its almost been two years since I lost my brother who was the first officer on that flight. I miss him dearly.

I can't help but cry, whenever i see this, and it was so sad to see this on the tv this evening, here. The crew of that flight are a part of us, now, in this province and we will NEVER forget them, and will grieve for them, for the rest of time. It's part of who we are, and what we do. On this date...... Newfoundland remembers them all. We will keep them in our hearts for the rest of it. We shall never forget any of them.

Thats how we call "life". I feel so sad when I see this...those beloved faces we will never see again. At least in memories we hold them. I hope I will be able to see once more may be not in this life, people I was happy to met and lost.
